Agreement Overview

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Digital Properties — whether through the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Modifications

UniqueStream reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Digital Properties or Services at any time. We may update these Terms with notice on the Digital Properties. By continuing to use our services after modifications are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

Age Requirements

Our Digital Properties can be accessed by persons of all ages, however content restrictions apply:

• Under 13: Not permitted to use or access the Digital Properties
• 13–16: May register with parental/guardian consent (verified via email within 7 days)
• 16+: May register and use the platform freely

Account Registration

To access certain features (watchlist, favorites, video playback), you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account information up to date
• Safeguard your password and not share it with third parties
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify UniqueStream immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please see our Privacy Policy for details about what information we collect and how we use and protect it. Our Privacy Policy covers both the website and mobile application.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Our Content

The Digital Properties, cinematographic films, brand names, trademarks, designs, and all other content are protected under intellectual property laws worldwide. UniqueStream and its licensors exclusively own all rights, title, and interest in these materials.

You will not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices incorporated in or accompanying the Digital Properties.

Your License to Use

UniqueStream grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms.

Application License

You are granted a license to install and use the UniqueStream mobile application on a supported device for personal use. This license:

• Remains in effect as long as you have an account
• May be terminated by you (by deleting your account and removing the app)
• Will automatically terminate if you breach these Terms

Restrictions

Application Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or add new features that alter the functioning of the Digital Properties
• Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent, or distribute the Digital Properties
• Make the functionality available to multiple users through hosting or SaaS services
• Disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any software used to provide the Digital Properties

General Prohibitions

You agree not to:

• Post content that infringes intellectual property rights or is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Use the Digital Properties for commercial purposes without written permission
• Access non-public areas or test vulnerabilities of our systems
• Circumvent any technological protection measures
• Use automated tools (spiders, robots, crawlers) to access or scrape content
• Send spam or forge packet headers
• Interfere with access of any user, host, or network
• Collect personal information from other users without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

UniqueStream reserves the right to investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as needed.

User Content

What is User Content

Members may post, upload, or submit text, graphics, images, and other materials through the Digital Properties (“User Content”).

Your License to UniqueStream

By making User Content available, you grant UniqueStream a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, and display such content. UniqueStream will not share content marked as “non-public” or password protected.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and licenses for your content
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain viruses, malware, or harmful code

Disclaimers & Liability

Service Disclaimer

The Digital Properties and Content are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. UniqueStream disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniqueStream will not be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, service interruption, or system failure arising from the use of our Digital Properties.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold UniqueStream, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Digital Properties or violation of these Terms.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between UniqueStream and you regarding the Digital Properties and supersede all prior agreements.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without UniqueStream’s prior written consent. UniqueStream may assign these Terms at its sole discretion.

Notices

Notices may be given by UniqueStream via email (to the address you provide) or by posting to the Digital Properties.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
